RETREATS
YOGA FOR LIFE
Next Retreat 6 – 8th June 2025
At Ashley Court, Tiverton, Devon
With Gayl Long
“Surrender is the simple wisdom of yielding rather than opposing the flow of life” Eckhart Tolle
On this retreat you are invited to find ways to stop, let go and be still through a range of yoga practices which allow you to stop “doing” and immerse into “being”.
We will use a range of practices connecting body, mind and breath with the aim of finding spacious awareness. Above all it is an opportunity to stop, re-boot, re-energise and re-focus.
